Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Texas Sized Promo LLC collects and uses information through clad.dev, the CLAD pilot interest form, and related pilot communications.

1. Operator and scope

Texas Sized Promo LLC operates CLAD and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to clad.dev, forms published on the site, documents you return to us, and direct communications about the CLAD pilot. A separate signed agreement may govern production services and will control if it expressly conflicts with this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Work email address.
  • Material categories you select, such as out of home, social media, digital advertising, print, or other materials.
  • Optional comments and anything you choose to include in them.
  • Information in a returned LOI, redline, or pilot correspondence, which may include your name, title, company, contact details, signature, campaign interests, and business requirements.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and access time. The site also stores your light or dark theme choice in local storage on your device.

At the effective date, we do not intentionally enable advertising pixels or third party behavioral analytics on clad.dev. See the Cookie Policy for current details.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to your request and discuss possible pilot participation.
  • Review, negotiate, and process an LOI or related pilot documents.
  • Understand interest in material categories and improve the pilot design.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the site.
  • Comply with law, protect rights, and establish or defend legal claims.

We use information because you ask us to respond, consent to contact, take steps toward a possible business relationship, or because the processing is reasonably necessary to operate and protect the site. You may withdraw consent to future contact at any time by emailing us.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers that host the site, process form submissions, provide business email, store documents, or support electronic signature. Tilda Publishing hosts the current site and processes form data on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or prospective transaction advisers who are subject to appropriate duties of confidentiality.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or when necessary to protect people, rights, property, and system security.
  • A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice requirements.

We do not provide your submitted pilot information to other dealers merely because they participate in CLAD. Any later information sharing within a cooperation will be explained in the relevant production agreement or workflow.

5. Retention

We keep ordinary pilot inquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate. Signed LOIs, contracts, and records relevant to accounting or legal obligations may be kept for up to seven years after the relationship ends. Technical logs are retained according to provider settings and our reasonable security needs. We may keep limited records longer when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. CLAD does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Send a request to media@clad.dev. Please write “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe the request and the state or country where you reside. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected at this stage. The site is delivered over HTTPS. No online service can promise absolute security, so please do not put sensitive personal, financial, health, or account information in the optional comment field.

8. Other provisions

Children

CLAD is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing

Our company is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as the pilot, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version became current. Material changes will be presented on this page or through another appropriate notice.
