Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

Texas Sized Promo LLC operates CLAD and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to clad.dev, forms published on the site, documents you return to us, and direct communications about the CLAD pilot. A separate signed agreement may govern production services and will control if it expressly conflicts with this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the CLAD pilot interest form, we collect the information you enter or select. The form requires your dealer group or company, contact person, position, work email, automotive brands, and geographic presence.

You may optionally provide a phone number or Telegram contact, select a pilot format, and add a comment. If present in the page URL, referral or campaign parameters, including UTM source, medium, and campaign, may be added to the form submission.

The form asks which material categories you are interested in: out-of-home advertising, digital advertising, social media, POSM or print, video, and other materials. It also asks when material activity usually occurs: beginning, middle, or end of the month, or spontaneously/without a fixed schedule. The form requires at least one selection from each of these two groups; individual options within a group are not separately required.

The form records whether you checked the required statement agreeing to the processing of your information so we can contact you about the CLAD pilot. The form does not request newsletter or marketing consent.

We also collect information you provide in a returned LOI, redline, or pilot correspondence, which may include your name, title, company, contact details, signature, campaign interests, and business requirements.

Information collected automatically

Service providers supporting website operations may process technical information generated when the site is accessed, as needed to provide those services. The site also stores your light or dark theme choice in local storage on your device.

3. How we use information

• Respond to your request and discuss possible pilot participation.
• For a pilot interest form, use the information you provide to respond about the format you selected and understand the material categories and timing you identified when considering pilot design.
• Coordinate early pilot inquiries manually. Submitting a form does not automatically match you with another dealer or enroll you in a pilot.
• Review, negotiate, and process an LOI or related pilot documents.
• Understand interest in material categories and improve the pilot design.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the site.
• Comply with law, protect rights, and establish or defend legal claims.

We use information because you ask us to respond, consent to contact, take steps toward a possible business relationship, or because the processing is reasonably necessary to operate and protect the site. You may withdraw consent to future contact at any time by emailing us.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Tilda Publishing hosts the site and receives and stores pilot form submissions for Texas Sized Promo LLC. The Tilda Email receiver sends form-submission notifications containing submitted information to media@clad.dev, which is currently hosted by Mail.ru.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or prospective transaction advisers who are subject to appropriate duties of confidentiality.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or when necessary to protect people, rights, property, and system security.
• A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice requirements.

We do not provide your submitted pilot information to other dealers merely because they participate in CLAD. Any later information sharing within a cooperation will be explained in the relevant production agreement or workflow.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, coordinate potential pilot participation, maintain relevant business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, and the status of the relevant business relationship. The current form-submission storage settings are configured to retain submissions in the project’s “Заявки” area for 30 days. This setting does not determine how long information may be retained in other systems or copies.

6. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Where the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. CLAD does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Send a request to media@clad.dev. Please write “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe the request and the state or country where you reside. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Security

Information submitted through the site is handled by third-party service providers. The security measures that apply depend on the relevant service and its settings. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or account information in the optional comment field.

8. Other provisions

Children

CLAD is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing

Personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. The laws that apply to that processing may differ from those in your country. Any transfer information required by applicable law depends on the relevant processing and jurisdictions.

Changes

We may update this policy as the pilot, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version became current. Material changes will be presented on this page or through another appropriate notice.
