1. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small text records a website can store through your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps a value on your device. Both can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure site use, or support advertising. Their purpose depends on how the site configures them.

2. Current use on clad.dev

Theme preference

The site stores clad-landing-theme in local storage after you choose the light or dark theme. This preference stays on your device until you clear site data. It is not sent to CLAD as part of the interest form.

Essential hosting and security

Tilda Publishing and its delivery or security providers may use limited technical cookies or request data to publish pages, protect forms, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. These functions are necessary for the site to work reliably.

Analytics and advertising

We configure the first public release to use Tilda's simplified statistics mode and do not intentionally enable Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or comparable advertising technology. We therefore do not currently use cookies for cross site behavioral advertising.

3. Service providers

Tilda Publishing hosts the site and processes technical data and form submissions for Texas Sized Promo LLC. Depending on Tilda's infrastructure and security configuration, its delivery providers may also receive technical request data. Their own cookies and retention are governed by their service terms and data processing arrangements.

Sending an email or later using an electronic signature service is not a browser cookie activity, but those providers may process data under their own notices when you use their service.

4. Your choices

You can clear local storage and cookies, block them, or limit them through your browser settings. Blocking essential site storage can affect forms or security functions. Clearing clad-landing-theme resets the theme choice.

Because optional analytics and advertising cookies are not intentionally enabled, the current site does not show a marketing cookie preference panel. You can ask about current technology at media@clad.dev.

5. Future analytics or advertising

If we later enable optional analytics, conversion measurement, or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and introduce an appropriate consent and preference control before those nonessential technologies are activated where consent is required. We will not describe a service as active until it is actually configured.

CLAD does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising. A browser opt out signal such as Global Privacy Control therefore does not change current advertising processing, because that processing is not taking place.

We may update this policy when site technology changes. The effective date shows the current version.
