Any dollar amounts, per dealer shares, adaptation costs, or savings ratios are illustrations, not quotes or promised discounts. Actual results depend on the selected materials, number of participating dealers, supplier prices, creative complexity, adaptation needs, licensing, taxes, revisions, timing, and other terms.

Shared costs may not always divide into equal whole cents. When that occurs, the platform is designed to allocate the indivisible remainder deterministically so participant shares reconcile exactly to the supplier quote. This reconciliation does not create or remove value and does not guarantee any particular price.

3. Pilot participation and service availability

Submitting a form, downloading an LOI, or sending a signed or edited document does not guarantee admission, a group match, provider availability, financing, production, or delivery. A mutual confidentiality obligation arises only after both parties sign the agreed LOI. Commercial work requires a separate final written agreement.

4. No guarantee of marketing performance

Creative quality and lower production cost do not guarantee impressions, leads, sales, market share, regulatory approval, brand approval, or return on advertising spend. Each dealer remains responsible for its offers, disclosures, media plan, legal review, OEM requirements, and final approval of its version unless a signed agreement expressly assigns a responsibility elsewhere.

5. Intellectual property and third parties

References to dealers, OEMs, channels, platforms, contractors, formats, or third party services are descriptive and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Trademarks belong to their owners. Rights to shared creative, dealer variations, fonts, stock assets, music, footage, software, and other licensed elements will be defined in the applicable production agreement and third party licenses.
